[mod_python] How to identify mobile client

I'm setting up demonstration web pages that can be optionally accessed from
a phone or other mobile connection  and would like to customize the look for
such devices. Currently, as a test setup, I'm just looking  HTTP_AGENT and
hard coding some unique information for my personal phone to select css
files, and do  other conditional mod-python customizations.

This will actually work OK for my demo but I'd like to know if there is a
more general way to detect mobile clients.
