I have been using it on a couple of projects and am very happy with it (I ended up contributing the Cheetah view support, I liked it so much). I tried pretty much everything before (Spyce, PSP, Webware, Quixote, etc.). The only other tool I really liked was nevow, but with no timetable of stripping it from Twisted, I passed on that. As for other options, there are quite a few. I would recommed trying them all. http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/moinmoin/WebProgramming Sean Sébastien Arnaud wrote: > Hi, > > I was wondering if anybody else was using PyWORK > (http://pywork.sourceforge.net/)? > > I am seduced by the framework and great integration with libxml2, > libxslt but wondered if anybody had some feedback on using it in a > production environment. > > Otherwise, what are the other options in terms of web app framework > based on mod_python that separate cleanly business logic and view and > use a relatively widely accepted templating system (ZPT, XML/XSLT) > > Thanks, > > Sébastien > arnaudsj at mac.com > > On Jul 9, 2004, at 4:29 PM, Paul Moore wrote: > >> Now that Python 2.4a1 has been released, I'd like to start testing it. >> I don't have the facilities to build Win32 binaries of mod_python for >> Python 2.4 (no MSVC 7.1 compiler, and no idea how or if I could build >> with mingw) >> >> Will Python 2.4 compatible binaries be available during the alpha/beta >> cycle, for testing? >> >> Thanks, >> Paul. >> -- >> The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's >> unfamiliar territory -- Paul Fix >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Mod_python mailing list >> Mod_python at modpython.org >> http://mailman.modpython.org/mailman/listinfo/mod_python > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > _______________________________________________ > Mod_python mailing list > Mod_python at modpython.org > http://mailman.modpython.org/mailman/listinfo/mod_python
