[mod_python] Making an exe

Hi all,

I am about to write a couple of little utils as my introduction in to the
python world. The thing is, I would like to be able to give some of these
utils to people that don't have python on their machines. To this end I
would like to create and EXE from the python code. I know this can be done
with ActiveState Perl but can it be done with Python
