[mod_python] compile mod_python on iSeries (AS/400)

I will continue trying to get mod_python to work, but I consider myself warned that it might not work.

So... the compile of _apachemodule.c fails on line 665:

665    ci->interpreter = strdup(interpreter);
CZM0304  No function prototype given for 'strdup'. 

Is that supposed to say apr_pstrdup ?
