If you installed Apache/Python from binary packages, did you also install the 'dev' variants of those packages so header files were installed? Also, you have unfortunately chopped off the bit we really need to see, which is the compilation command down to where the first error occurs. This section will show whether header files cannot be found, as well as possibly other issues.
