[mod_python] XSLT and mod_python

Greetings!

With regard to LXML and mod_python, xsl:import works as advertised; the
problem is that errors thrown by the underlying libxslt library aren't
apparent unless mod_python is run with debug turned on.

crashing of the mod_python's Python interpreter when you use <xsl:import />.
As I said, I /think/ this is what's causing these crashes, but I'm not sure
yet.
