[mod_python] SSL/TLS connection handling from mod_python

Hello,
I would like to get information about 
1. cipher used (if any) when mod_python handles HTTPS request.
2. peer certificate used (if any) on ohter side
3. how to be able to verify peer certficate under mod_python.

I have checked google and list archives back to 2003 but have not found any 
interesting information.

Thanks in advance for any help/docs/examples in above topics.
