[mod_python] Getting started with PythonLogHandler

I'm looking into having a subset of my mod_python app's errors emailed
to an administrator as well as being output to the apache error_log.

Is the PythonLogHandler going to be useful?  Error messages pass through
a defined log handler in some sense, yes?  But through what name do I
access them in order to do my filtering?
