[mod_python] HELP required: Apache with mod_python is not started - 0 max threads

Hi,

Problem: Apache is not started after successfull installation of httpd-2.0.46 and mod_python-3.1.3 from sources on RH9.0 (2.4.20-8). During Apache startup I have got just next message, and nothing else:

mod_python: Creating 32 session mutexes based on 150 max processes and 0 max threads

What does it mean: 0 max threads?
May be this is the reason why Apache is not started properly?

Any suggestions?
