[mod_python] mod_python and SMP

Unfortunately the people I'm doing this project for are committed to 
Windows and cannot switch their production boxen (all SMP) to *nix :-((

After looking at a few options it's back to Java/servlets I go .... (at 
least for this project).

PS Can I suggest that this limitation be highlighted on the website/readme 
as it might save anyone else in the same situation from a lot of wasted 
time/effort.
