[mod_python] session on win2000

I guess MemorySession is used in Windows by default because it should be faster
than DbmSession, and in Windows Apache is multithreaded so MemorySession
_can_ be used.

Though I guess, in Linux a DbmSession in /dev/shm would be equally fast.
