I have had to update the configuration file of apache with: PythonAutoReload
on
before this was the defaut, as in the new manual :
5.4.8 PythonAutoReload
Syntax: <http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/directive-dict.html#Syntax>
PythonAutoReload {On, Off}
Default: <http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/directive-dict.html#Default>
PythonAutoReload On
