[mod_python] Win mod_python.so not found by Apache

 Hi all !

CM> I put the mod_python.so in the ServerRoot/module folder.

CM> When I start the Apache service I always get the error (taken from the

CM> But the mod_python.so file is right there !

  I've run into the same behaviour of BETA3 under WindowsNT/4.0 &
Apache 2.0.43.
