[mod_python] Apache 2.0.42

Hi !

  It seems, BETA2 of mod_python 3 is not compatible with
Apache-2.0.42. It builds successfully, but when apache is asked to
test new configuration it complains about undefined symbol "openpty"
while trying to load mod_python into the server.

  Linux 7.2, Apache-2.0.42, Python-2.2.1.

P.S.
  The latest version of Apache recommended by Apache.org is 2.0.43. It
would be cool if mod_python 3 somehow could cope with these versions.
