[mod_python] python.apache.org

A suggestion... The following list (+Spyce!) [1] could be a useful
starting point as a list to prune from for projects for python.apache.org.
I believe python.apache.org is a great idea, and will give the Python
community additional visibility and users. I also think that it should be
an inclusive site (like java.apache.org and xml.apache.org) that serves as
a registry of mature web-related python-based projects.
