[mod_python] mod_python under IIS?

I need to get mod_python running under MS IIS (basically because some people 
simply don't want to run Apache no matter how great it is). Has anyone done 
any work in that direction already? Running mod_python as a CGI script or 
Python as an ASP scripting language is not an option as I need to process the 
raw URL in Python.
