[mod_python] Problems with Python on win with apache 1.3.22

Ahhh, things getting clearer now (I though the numbers shpould
correspond....)

so I will also now try to mix 2.7.4 & 2.7.6 ... (where probabl. 2.7.5
alaready solved the problem I experienced)
