[mod_python] Apache 2 won't start with mod_python 3.0.0 ALPHA (undefined symbol)

Hi,

my apache version is httpd-2_0_16-beta This is the error I get:

Cannot load /opt/apache2/modules/mod_python.so into server: /opt/apache2/modules/mod_python.so: undefined symbol: stat
/opt/apache2/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started 

Which version of apache2 should I use?
