[mod_python] mod_python release?

Soon there will be year since the last release of mod_python. I wanted
to ask anyone, whether this project is actually 'closed' and will not be
developed in the nearest future, or there will be any new release or
bug fix soon? I don't believe that there are no major/minor bugs waiting
to be fixed..
