[mod_python] My web application is now up and running

Thank you to everybody on the list who's helped me fix the bugs in 
the web application I've been working on. My app, an experiment to 
train a neural network to recognise emotions from gestures, is now up 
and running and can be seen in action at
http://callas.kw.bbc.co.uk/EmotionRecognition.html
