[mod_python] processing of post parameters

For mod_python, read documentation for FieldStorage in mod_python
documentation, or use mod_python.publisher which will handle decoding
POST parameters for you.

BTW, why do you post in parallel to mod_wsgi and mod_python lists the
same question. Which are you actually using?
