[mod_python] Problem getting mod_python working on Win32

In the meantime I solved to problem by upgrading to Apache 2.0.61.
Looks like there is some kind of incompatibility between Apache 2.0.54
and mod_python-3.3.1.win32-py2.5-Apache2.0.exe.
