[mod_python] Help with multiple repeat error from apache server

Can some one help me with this “multiple repeat error”. I seem to get on
every page load. Before I got this, I was fiddling around with
authentication with apache. How do you troubleshoot this?

Configuration:
Linux Red Hat 3.4.6-3
Apache 2.0.52
mod_python 3.2.8
Python 2.4.3
