[mod_python] undefined symbol: mod_mod_python

Graham,

I don't think there is a version mismatch.  I recompiled
both apache 2.2.4 and mod_python 3.3.1 from source code,
just as I always do when I upgrade.

Also, whatever it is, is unique to mod_python.  All my
other modules (mod_php, mod_perl, et al) work fine with
apache 2.2.4.
