Okay, thanks to both of you!

I note, though, that this MPM is for Apache 2.0, and due to other
dependencies I'm stuck with 1.3 for now.  Perhaps it will be useful
for someone who does use Apache 2.0, however; I wasn't able to find
even this much searching the archives. :)
