[mod_python] in modpython ,how to restrict the upload file size?

The mailing list is hosted on modpython.org. Only Grisha has access to
that machine and he does not participate in the day to day going
activities of mod_python any more. When we do need to contact him, he
doesn't even always respond. So, even if he was agreeable getting hold
of him in the first place to do anything about it is a totally
different matter.
