[mod_python] in modpython ,how to restrict the upload file size?

Is there no way to configure your mailing list to override Reply-To,
or whatever
the standards say?
I find this the strangest mailing list behaviour I've met, and it's
just too easy
to do it wrong - the obvious thing that works in every other list I've been in
is the most wrong thing in this one...
