Well, I for one think that http://starboard.flowtheory.net/blog/?q=node/170 rebuttal is quite good. The email comes from the list and reply should get it back to the list. Reply all generates atleast 1 extraneous email if not more. Reply v. Reply All is only arguably a better choice in forums where things tend to degenerate in to school yard antics. Not in a forum where knowledge and information are the dominant types of messages.
