This is not correct. Mod_python's Unicode abilities should be the same
as the python being used. The Unicode problem is a psp problem. People
are free to write their own mod_python handler which fully supports
Unicode. I'm sure you understand this, but I just want to make sure we
don't start a false "mod_python does not support Unicode" meme.
