[mod_python] tutorial..

i am thinking really seriously about moving my development to mod_python..

i have been using php for web development for a few years, and have 
started using python for app development.

i would really like to make the switch, but i have been having trouble 
figuring out exactly how to make the switch cleanly (the work i do is 
production work, so i can't afford a lapse in deadlines..)

can anyone suggest a good tutorial or text that covers mod_python?

the things that i cannot live without are:

database (mysql) interaction..
sessions
file uploads

i think that's it so far..
