[mod_python] capturing and handling python errors in mod_python

The CVS version of mod_python is old and shouldn't be used. Source code
is now kept in subversion. The next beta tar ball of mod_python is being
produced as we speak. It is 3.2.5b and can be picked up from:

  http://www.modpython.org/dist/
