[mod_python] flex path and version for compiling mod_python

Just to clarify, I'm parsing the output of flex --version to extract the 
version within the configure script, so I need the actual *output* of 
flex --version on your system, as opposed the version of your flex.

eg.

localhost:~$ flex --version
flex 2.5.31
