Be aware though that version 3.1.4 which was recently released fixes a 
security
problem with mod_python.publisher. Since there are no 3.1.4 Win32 
binaries yet,
if you intend to use mod_python.publisher, you should also get down the 
actual
3.1.4 source and replace the mod_python/publisher.py in 3.1.3 with that 
from 3.1.4.
