[mod_python] mod_python doen't seem to work

Suse 9, apache 1.3.28 full patched, python 2.3-43, mod_python 2.7.8-397

Error log

make_obcallback(): could not import mod_python.apache.
make_obcallback(): could not call init.
[Fri Nov 26 17:45:15 2004] [error] [client IP] python_handler: make_obcallback returned no obCallBack!
