[mod_python] form question

I have 7 different pages, how can i get the form information of each one
and join all together usin cgi?? For example i click to insert visual
information about a sign (i'm doiing a database of the sign language
used by deasf people) after to submit this i want to insert linguistic
information about a sing and then join the information about the both
forms, how can i get this??
