[mod_python] loading mod_python.apache module interactively

Well, well, well. I didn't know that.

But the point I did find surprising was that the OP "can work interactively w/
the apache module and what not" even if the second import succeeds.....  which
leads me to think he wasn't importing/testing what he thinks he was!
