[mod_python] preventing module level access

Hey guys, this should be an easy one.
 
I know one can use an underscore to
prevent access to functions.  I also know
I have read about a way to prevent
all the functions in a module from 
being able to be accessed...I just cant
seem to find the place where I read it.
