[mod_python] Pylets-0.1

Sorry to pollute people's mailboxes but I promised someone on this
list that they could try out my mod_python-based web framework.  Well
I've just cut an alpha-release (with some not-so-great documentation.)

I'm actively working on it so suggestions / bug reports are welcome.
Please let me know if you're playing with it so I can inform you when
I find out it's all broken!
