[mod_python] Next release of mod_python

No. But the problem isn't just a memory leak: the apache process will
somehow get wedged and eat up memory as fast as it can. The code is
pretty straightforward so I don't think it should cause any behavior
like that. Of course I'm also looking into the code, but I'm not very
good at debugging Python programs and I'm getting frustrated with my
server locking up.
