[mod_python] mod_python 2.xx for Apache 1.3.x + Python 2.3.x on Win32 ?

		Hello pythoneers,

1) Any chance to have compiled mod_python for Apache 1.3.xx(preferable 1.3.19) for Windows / Python 2.3 (2.2 as a last resort)?

( Our current Windows2000AS + Apache/2.0.48 (Win32) mod_python/3.1.2b Python/2.3.2 + Quixote0.7 intranet application works fine, but our bosses forces us to use Apache 1.3.19 because another product, BusinessObject's WebIntelligence, "not sertified with Apache2" )

2) Can I download this mail-list archives for 2002-2004 years?
