[mod_python] supporting modular mod_python extensionsvs."folding" mod_psp

I'll give a second on ezt.py; even though Albatross is my first choice.
Ezt.py follows many of the same ideals of Albatross when it comes to
templates, and also is not geared only for the web like albatross so it
can be handly in other apps too.

I use edna and ViewCVS daily and found no trouble customizing both with
the ezt.py module.

(which btw, both are great pojects!)
