How about an index page for "http://www.modpython.org/FAQ" 

Modpython's greatest weakness is a sparseness of documentation
and a lack of explanation/evangelism for the handler model. 

For general apache-handler enlightenment one must often look
for books/google-searches on mod_perl and adapt as necessary.
