[mod_python] python-dev list

Folks -

Just wanted to point out that there now exists a
python-dev at httpd.apache.org list, intended specifically for mod_python
development (i.e. the C and Python code that implements the mod_python
internals). So if you have patches or bug reports, please subscribe to
that list and post it there.

This list can then become a strictly end-user list.
