[mod_python] current state with apache 2.0?

With Apache 2.0.36 not a lot unless you try to write an input filter
since the API changed and mod_python hasn't been fixed yet.

It's nice and stable with Python 2.2 as well, although I understand there 
are some things in there that 2.2 doesn't like.
