[mod_python] mod_python and W2K

Hi All,

I know this general issue has come up before and I have tried everything I have
found in the archives, but nothing works.  So please bear with me.  I am trying
to get mod_python to run on W2K.  Apache is installed as a service.  My system
configuration is this:

W2K SP2
Apache 1.3.24
Python 2.1.3
mod_python-2.7.6

Environment variables:
path contains  C:\Python21\;
PYTHONPATH = C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs\python  (this was added
per an archive post, doesn't work with or without it)
