[mod_python] Apache cannot start after installing mod_python on WinNT

Right place is Apache modules directory, isn't it? Latest (or maybe I am
wrong???) precompiled version I found there is python2.1-apache1.3.20.zip
which ig got from http://www.modpython.org/dist/win/2.7.4/

You need to make sure you have the most up to date mod_python.dll file in 
the right place as well. Ensure you have the most up to date files from 
www.modpython.org
