[mod_python] APahce 1.3.17 vs. mod_python

I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten mod_python to work against 1.3.17
yet. I had things working under 1.3.14, but after upgrading to 1.3.17 it
segfaults. I'm hoping someone else has a fix before I dive in with a
debugger.

I already re-compiled mod_python against 1.3.17, and it is at the top of
my addmodules list.
