[mod_python] 2.2 is out

Mod_python 2.2 is out. This one fixes the occasional trashing of
content-type that some people have reported. This bug manifested itself
more for people who use Python 1.6. Thanks to Dave Wallace for pointing it
out.

There is also a Win32 DLL of 2.1 available for download, and 2.2 hopefully
as soon as Stephane Bidoul gets around to compiling it. 

Also thanks to Gerhard Haering for the Suse RPM's. It'd be nice if someone
came up and agreed to maintain with RedHat RPM, Debian package, a FreeBSD
port and a Solaris package...
