[mod_python] RFE: expose File descriptor in API

Hi,

Is is possible to expose the FD that req.write() is using to the API
? Is this worth it ?

I'm in the process of switching from HTMLgen to HyperText as my text
generator and that has a writeto() method that takes a FD as an argument.

Wont this allow for progressive loading ?
