[mod_python] embedded Python

I realize where the name came from ;-)  I couldn't think of
anything that would work well, like, mod_spamity_spam, or 
ministry_of_apache_modules, so I decided this was about as
good as I could do.  Originally it was mod_snakey, but .. ya know..
one can only be soooo lame.  ;-)
